Laurie has lived in the Greenville area all her life and is very active with the community. She is a member with the Woman's Action Network, Greenville Chamber of Commerce and the Greenville Business Networking Group. She supports the Greenville Schools and Athletic programs along with the Danish Festival.

Laurie and her husband Terry Acker bought Marketplace Floral in April 2006 and moved the store 1 month later to make room for a larger showroom featuring home decor. Marketplace Floral has been in business for 6 years and continues to offer great customer service while offering the newest unique floral designs. Our Floral Designers, Pam Misner and Laurie Acker have several years experience in floral design. They continue their education through seminars to offer the newest unique floral designs.

We have 2 Sales Assistants, Shirley Hollenbeck and Jane Aylsworth who are there to help you with all your floral, home decor and gift buying needs.

Jerry McDonald our Delivery person is wonderful at getting the deliveries out on time and always with a warm friendly smile.
